Every new franchisee takes part in our comprehensive 3-month training programme, which is designed to give you complete confidence before launching. During this time, you will learn how to deliver our unique Pro Elite sessions and player pathway, how to identify and secure the right venues in your area, and how to recruit and manage coaches. We also take care of all your marketing materials and guide you through everything you need to know on the back-end of the business. Our support doesn’t stop after the initial training either — you’ll receive ongoing weekly training and guidance from our team, and we even provide training for your coaches to make sure your whole business is set up for success.
It depends on your territory, how many venues you run and how much time you put in, so we won't quote you a figure before we've looked at your area with you. What we can show you is how the model works in practice. Our established franchisees typically run between three and five venues, with communities of 200 to 400 players attending each week. When you enquire, we'll walk you through the numbers properly: the investment involved, your ongoing costs, what a typical venue generates and how long it realistically takes to build. You'll get honest figures based on your area, not a sales pitch. Every franchise is different and results vary. What you get out depends on what you put in.
